As a lifelong athlete fitness had always come easy to me, but when I retired from hockey due to life hitting hard I found myself using food as a crutch. I gained around 50lbs of fat (from 220lb-270lb) in the span of 5 months.
I know how easy it is to gain weight and how hard it is to lose. One day I had enough and began a journey that led to me finishing my junior hockey career and finding a new passion in mixed martial arts.
The following year I ended up losing around 55lbs getting to 210lbs (leaner than I’d ever been) and since then bulking up to a comfortable 240lb to fight in the heavyweight division.
Although I am young and the weight came off easier for me than it will be for some of you due to my athletic background which you may not have, EVERYONE is capable of losing weight and achieving their fitness goals. I’m excited to help you and I can’t wait to get started.

If we feel like you won't be a fit we will try to help you find what your looking for somewhere else.
Sessions can be scheduled either when signing up then confirmed at the beginning of each week or can be booked week to week.
If a session is cancelled up to the day before may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Sessions cancelled day of unless due to a serious emergency may not be rescheduled under the selected plan and the session will be lost.
